Mr. Ajaya Babu.N
Head - Accounts & Company Secretary
Mr. AjayaBabu is the Head of Accounts &Company Secretary who has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and company secretarial duties. Earlier, he worked with Kirby Building Systems India Limited, Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd, and Priyadarshini Spinning Mills Limited. He received his degree in business from Madras University. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Mr. T. Ravi Krishna
Vice President (Legal)
Mr. T. Ravi Krishna is working with Rithwik as the Vice President (Legal). He has twenty years of practical litigation, civil, and criminal law experience from his practice. He is giving guidance and support to RPPL on all legal issues on contract administration and management, banking and finance, company formation, real estate, litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration/claim settlements.
His education includes a B.A. in Economics from Loyola College, Vijayawada, and an LL.B. from the University of Nagpur.
Mr. D. Venkateswararao
Head-Design & Engineering
Mr. D. Venkateswararao worked for the AP government in the irrigation department and eventually became the Chief Engineer. He is currently in charge of RPPL’s design and engineering function and has over 35 years of expertise in Water Resource Systems Management and Development in the Irrigation Sector. He also worked with Transstroy (India) Limited before RPPL.
He received his B.E. in Civil Engineering from Osmania University and M.Tech from JNTU, Hyderabad.
Mr. V. Panduranga Rao
Head-Finance
Mr. Panduranga Rao is in charge of Rithwik’s finances and has over 30 years of experience in banking, treasury, and working capital management. He had worked for Andhra Bank and Dhanlaxmi Bank, before joining in RPPL.
He graduated from Osmania University with a master’s degree in commerce.
Mr. Rakesh Dimri
Project Director
Mr. Rakesh Dimri is currently serving as Project Director for RPPL, TapovanVishnugad Hydroelectric Power Project (NTPC Project), Uttarakhand.
He has more than 30 years of practical experience in the execution, construction project management, contract management, monitoring & supervision of civil works in large hydropower projects, from project conceptualization to project commissioning (comprising dams/barrages, tunnels, underground caverns, shafts, etc.,)
He is Graduate in Civil Engineering with and also an MBA from SMU and holds a PGDCM from NICMAR. Prior to joining RPPL, he worked with the Jaypee Group and Thapar& Patel Engg. Ltd. On heavy hydropower projects from the conceptual stage to commissioning.
Mr. P.J.Raghuram
Sr. GM-PMC
Mr. P.J.Raghuram is our Sr. GM-PMC who has more than 20 years of extensive experience in project management, estimation, claims, and arbitration. His expertise includes in managing significant projects like dams, hydropower schemes, canals, etc.
Prior to joining RITHWIK,Venkata Rama Construction and Sree Rama Engineering Construction and contributed in major projects like THDC, Tirumala, and the Akasaganga Dam.
He is Graduate Civil Engineer, from Karnataka University
Mr. M. Srinivasa Rao
Head – Plant & Machinery
Mr. M. Srinivasa Rao, in charge for the Department of Plant & Machinery. He has more than 35 years of experience in numerous infrastructure industry in Plants and equipment. His previous assignment was with M/s APCO Infratech (P) Ltd., He also had longer stint at M/s Soma Enterprises Limited and also worked in companies like M/s Lanco Constructions, and M/s Progressive Constructions Limited.
Mr. Srinivas holding a Diploma in Automobile Engineering (1984), from Andhra Polytechnic College, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. G.S.S.N. Murthy
Head - Projects
Mr. Murthy works closely with the company’s Project Planning, Monitoring, and Coordination function. He has over 44 years of extensive expertise in different fields, including 36 years in the Irrigation Department. Mr. Murthy retired as Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, AP and has eight years of experience in the private sector and delivering professional consulting services to infra companies.

Mr. Vijay Raghav
Vice President (F&A)
Mr. Vijay Raghav has more than 30 years of experience in project finance, strategic financial planning & modeling, budgeting, management information systems (MIS), consolidation of corporate accounts, costing, direct and indirect taxation, secretarial work, and compliance. He had prior experience as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Nabha Power Ltd. (100 percent Subsidiary of L&T Limited). In his career, Vijay worked in the finance and accounts departments of organizations such as ITC Bhadrachalam Paper Boards, Suryavanshi Spinning Mills, Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals, My Home Power, Cyberabad Convention Centre Pvt Ltd, Madhucon Projects, and Capital Fortunes. He studied CA and CS.
Mr. N RADHA KRISHNA
Head - HR, IR& Administration
Radha Krishna is having around 30 years of experience in HR, IR & Admin, in Public and Private sectors. He started his career with NMDC and was associated with Essar Construction, C&C Constructions, SAPTCO (A Transport Company), BSCPL Infrastructure, and MBL Infrastructure and carries over 18 years of experience exclusively in the field of infrastructure. Before Rithwik Projects, he was associated with Hyderabad Race Club as General Manager (Admin & IR).
He is Graduate in Commerce and Law, possesses Dual Masters Degrees in PM & IR and Public Personnel Management and M.Phil. (Labour Studies)
Mr. K V Rao
Head - Tenders
Mr. K V Rao, carries more than 23 years of experience in project execution, business development, liaising with various governmental departments, and tendering. He is managing Tender works for Rithwik. Before joining Rithwik, he was associated with Progressive Constructions Limited. He is an alumnus of Nagarjuna University, where he received his commerce degree.
